Prepare and take responsibility for urban solutions for detail design, as required
Operate at a level higher than Senior Planner*Urban Designer
Develop own Client relationships
Seek new work
Prepare Financial and design proposals
Manage Team staff and identify training needs*performance issues
Independently lead and manage multi-discipline project team
Determine and manage staff requirements
In conjunction with Group Director review job financial performance and adjust resources
Undertake high-level project technical*quality reviews
